    • Cancellation policy - A minimum of 24 hours is required for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment time, will be charged at full rate.
    • What Dietitians can and cannot advise on - The purpose of nutrition consultations is to improve overall health and well-being through nutritional education and support. If the Dietitian suspects the existence of a disease, disorder, or condition, you will be informed of this suspicion, but dietitians do not diagnose diseases, disorders, or conditions. You accept full responsibility to consult a GP promptly about any suspected problems. 
    • Duration of consultation – Consultations are either 30 or 60 minutes.  
    • Confidentiality - It is likely that you will be asked to provide information concerning your physical habits, medical history, moods, energy levels, likes and dislikes, lifestyle, and diet. This information is collected to enable the Dietitian to: (i) assess your knowledge of nutrition, (ii) to educate you about the benefits of sound nutritional practices, and (iii) recommend dietary changes to improve your general health and overall well-being. The HCPC Registered Dietitian will hold this information in confidence and will not release or disclose this information to any other person, without your prior consent, except as required by applicable law.
